Rapper Cambiyo releases two new singles 'Ice Cold' and 'Speedin (2 U)'

Hip Hop artist, Cambiyo, has released his latest pair of official singles, “Ice Cold” and “Speedin (2 U).” The tracks have been proudly published on Outré Productions, an independent record label. With sharp contrasts to one another, “Ice Cold” and “Speedin (2 U)” offer immense variety and prove that Cambiyo has the range to be one of the biggest voices from Atlanta for 2018 and beyond.

Indie musician Bruce Mack releases new album 'Lo-Fi Exploits of a Misplant on Shaolin'

The writer, producer and performer of eclectic alternative music known as Bruce Mack has released his latest LP album, “Lo-Fi Exploits of a Misplant on Shaolin.” The record contains 11 original tracks for just over half an hour's worth of listening. It has been proudly published as an independent release without the direction of the corporate music industry. Blending elements of soul, RnB, and even rock-n-roll, “Lo-Fi Exploits of a Misplant on Shaolin” is a record to put Bruce Mack on the map once and for all.

His popular 2015 track, “Karma Can Be Long” was featured on “Buddha Bug Records Mixtape Vol.1” on the Buddha Bug label. Mack worked as co-producer on Tricky Dilemma’s “John P. Parker: A View From 9 Dimensions” with DJ Val-Inc and guitarist Marvin Sewell in 2007.

Mack has said of his themes on “Lo-Fi Exploits...,” “Don't let your mistakes hold you back. Use them to grow and get better at life.”

Bruce Mack is additionally a founding member of Burnt Sugar the Arkestra Chamber, bandleader of Melvin Van Peebles wid/Laxative, and the former president of the Black Rock Coalition.

A professional music educator, Mack has also inspired many of today's youth to pursue careers in entertainment at the John Melsener Elementary School (PS3) in the West Village, where he has taught for nearly two decades. His work is noted in the film documentary, “When Fried Eggs Fly.”

Mack is currently producing an EP to be released later 2018 for the band, Rules of Aquah, in which he is lead composer and front man.

Music artist Polar Echo releases single 'Chest on Fire'

Polar Echo's start in music began, in his words, “By biting off a piece of a key on a 50-year-old Belarus upright piano at the age of three.”

David Rosenblad releases second single of new LP series 'Antique Rose'

The singer-songwriter and composer for film known as David Rosenblad has released his latest single, “Antique Rose.” The piece represents the title track and second single from Rosenblad's ongoing LP series of releases, “Antique Rose,” which began with his recent popular song, “Awakening Through Serendipity.” Both have been proudly published on his own Thirteenth Moon Studio independent record label without the direction of the corporate music industry.

Singer Precious Divinity releases single 'Squishy'

Divinity goes on to relate that she was originally inspired to switch from writing poems to writing songs after listening to Prince's first two albums. Later in life, she began to hear actual music, as she puts it, and following many years of study on the piano (including but not limited to Westmoreland Suzuki School of Music) she would go on to produce her own music tracks.

By 18 she had been signed to Nevada Recording Studios, a professional relationship which would not bear fruit. It was the genesis of a long career in recording and performance in studios, onstage, and in front of live cameras which took her from her native Chicago to Los Angeles, to New York City, to Texas, to Pittsburgh … the list of locales goes on and on. Nevertheless, a fair recording contract was never to be signed. Today Precious Divinity releases “Squishy” independent of any corporate entity.

“I've had a lot of help from talented music producers in the past,” say Divinity, “but I have written all my own lyrics. Most of the time I hear the melody.”

She's not letting go of the overall theme of her new song, though. Asked to divulge, she only says, “It's a secret.

Fans need not worry, however, because music from Precious Divinity is sure to keep coming. After all, she now acts as producer on her own music releases.

“I'll always write; that's what I do,” Precious Divinity says. “This gift from God has been as much of a blessing as a curse. To create and not be heard is stifling my soul.”

French EDM artist DP releases new album '(Psy)Trance Vol.1'

Gangsta rapper Dr. Noxx releases new LP 'The Public Enemy'

A veteran of the sound, Dr. Noxx says, “Since 1998, I worked as a producer. I started with music as was done in the 1980s with samplers and a rhythm box, and I played keyboards.”

Naturally, the music comes out with that original groove because Noxx has made it this way out of love for the original hip hop quality which spawned a movement forty years ago.

Singer Chantal releases debut album 'Scars'

“The song, itself,” she writes, “speaks to the scars we all carry. Some are shared, others are highly personal, but we all put on a smile and carry on because life goes on. I think this song was a way of reminding myself that I don’t always know what others have been through. And even if all I see is a scar, that doesn’t mean the pain is gone. It doesn’t take the experience away.”

In this way, Chantal's record is a message of encouragement, compassion and humanity.

“We can never underrate kindness,” she says. “I was very moved by the kindness of people from so many different spheres who stepped in after the fire to assist in the crisis. Scars tell us that something has happened here, and not all scars are visible. Kindness places wisdom over ego; it reminds us to be human.”

Chantal has been singing in choirs since a very young age. Her piano playing began at age 10. A veteran musician today, she has been creating original music since 1997. She has performed and recorded with several bands, but “Scars” represents the launch of her solo career. She has said that her songs “are essentially a personal diary of feelings, emotions, reflections and questions.”

While he's currently a dance music and electronica artist, South Florida's Gian Z (often stylized 'gian Z') cites as main musical influences a broad selection of categories.

“I have grown up listening to various genres of music,” Gian Z writes, “mostly pop rock and rap, and over the last six years my main focus has been more in the genres of electronic music.”

Gian Z may just be breaking through to the public eye and ear, but he's no new hand at songwriting. A veteran of the craft, Gian Z began creating original songs near the turn of the millennium, when he was still just a high school student.

“When I was 15,” he says, “I began getting lyric ideas in my head and just began writing them down, which evolved into recording and making music. My art has evolved over 15 years now to the point I finally reached in which I am getting close.”

Asked to describe the overall theme and message of his new dance track, “Two Girls!” Gian Z writes, “This single is a fun approach to the standard taboo of a guy being with two girls, although it comes with a comic twist.”

Of the song's musical mode and tone, themselves, he notes that it “has a really cool LMFAO party vibe in my own unique style and and adaptation.”
