The songwriter and
producer of hip hop and pop-rap music known as Xtravagant has
released his latest official EP album, “I'm Different.” The EP
album contains six original Xtravagant tracks for an approximate
total listening time of 20 minutes. It has been proudly published as
an independent release without the involvement of the corporate music
industry on the 6 Figure Gang record label. Classy, inspiring, and
packed with hooks, “I'm Different” showcases Xtravagant as one of
the most intriguing hip-hop artists of 2019 so far and promises that
he has plenty more where that came from.
“I'm Different”
includes Xtravagant's popular summer 2018 single, “Wonder Why Lil
Shawty,” which continues to build the rapper's fan base both at
home and abroad.
Aiken, SC's Xtravagant
cites as main artistic influences Tupac Shakur, Master P, C Murder,
Project Pat, ScarFace, Lil Boosie, Lil Webbie, and Yo Gotti.
Xtravagant's own sound takes elements from each of these and adds
something fresh and unique for a result unlike anything today's music
fans have heard before. With an emphasis on gritty urban poetry,
solid back beats and “I'm Different” by Xtravagant has a little
something for everybody.
Asked to describe the
overall meaning of “I'm Different,” Xtravagant writes: “It
shares a message of greatness, revealing to the world that I am
different while allowing me to be an inspiration to those who take
the time to listen and understand what I'm saying and where I'm
coming from. I really come from the struggle, and I'm still in it.
Free me, the one and only XTRAVAGANT.”
With a little backstory on where Xtravagant's love for creating music comes from, much of his new EP, “I'm Different,” takes on a much more remarkable hue.
“Music always been
one of my passions,” Xtravagant writes. “Most just never really
knew. But ay, one morning I just woke up and decided this what I
wanted to do – so I started recording using a mic from the
smartphone while doing time in prison.”
“I'm Different”
by Xtravagant on the 6 Figure Gang label is available from over 600
quality digital music stores online worldwide now. Get in early, hip
hop fans.
