“Stereo On” is the R&B artist’s latest hot single

James Rodney Rainey, aka “J Rain,” is an R&B solo artist from Tifton, Georgia. As J Rain, Rainey is no stranger to the rhythm and blues scene – a member of Too Deep, J Rain has opened for artists like Eight Ball & MJG, Jagged Edge, After Seven, R&B Group Intrigue and others. And now it’s his turn.

“Stereo On” is the latest single from the talented singer, and it’s a smooth, crooning number from the old school, with a modern sensibility and slick, high-tech production.

One day, J Rain hopes to co-lab with Monica, and work with other producers like L-Roc, Brian Michael Cox, Jermaine Dupri, Jazze Pha, to “bring back Rhythm & Blues where it belongs in today industry market.” But first, he’s going to keep putting out hits like “Stereo On.” J Rain is currently working on a studio album, “Rains World,” with CML Entertainment.
