Country star Rhea Francani releases new LP 'Now or Never'

The singer and songwriter of country music known as Rhea Francani has released her debut full-length album, “Now or Never.” The track has been proudly published on the Limestone Records LLC independent music label. It contains 12 original songs for an approximate listening time of 45 minutes. These include her hit singles, “Dizzy” and “Shotgun Baby,” which have won her country and pop music listeners all over North America. Populated with catchy hooks, danceable rhythms and the genuine, warm singing for which fans have come to love her, “Now or Never” showcases Rhea Francani as the most important new country artist of 2016.

Rhea Francani cites as artistic influences Carrie Underwood, Miranda Lambert, Lady Antebellum, Whitney Houston, Mariah Carey, and Michael Jackson. The overarching character present in her “Now or Never” record is her own, however. This is partially due to sonic roots which stretch far into her past.

“I started singing when I was really young,” notes Francani. “Being around my family inspired me a lot with music.”

The familial aspect of Francani's “Now or Never” debut is such that two of its 12 tracks are written by her sister, Adria. It's an album of much emotional and tonal scope, with traditional rock-tinged country songs like “Runaway,” harder tracks like “Whatcha Gonna Say,” delicate ballads like “I Want You to Know,” and songs of great intensity like “Is this Love.” It's a highly personal record, one in which Francani wears her heart on her sleeve.

“My debut shares honest experiences with listeners I think they are familiar with,” Francani writes. “It's filled with lyrics about life and love. Both can be beautiful and fleeting at the same time and I believe the songs off the album portray the beautiful experiences, as well as the challenges that come throughout the journey of life.”

Pressed to describe “Now or Never”'s overall theme, she writes:

“Take in every moment and live in the now.”

Francani’s first single, “Dizzy,” has reached #11 on the global HotDisc chart and is in rotation on All Access Nashville radio services. Raised in New York but living now in Nashville, TN, her debut EP, “I Want You to Know,” was the anthem of a city girl with a country spirit.

“Although I am from New York,” she writes, “I am drawn to the southern charm of country music’s heartfelt lyrics – songs about love, life, and good times. I bring a bit of the city to the country.”

Previous to her career as a singer-songwriter, Rhea Francani performed jazz and theater, and nurtured her future career as a musician by listening to Motown soul.

“Now or Never” by Rhea Francani is available at over 700 digital music stores online worldwide beginning 19 July 2016. Get in early, country fans.
