Singer and songwriter of modern country
music Rhea Francani has released her debut EP album, “I Want You to
Know.” The record notably includes her popular flagship single,
“Dizzy,” which has been making rounds on country radio stations
since its appearance in January. Both have been published on the
Limestone Records independent music label. With pop-styled hooks,
traditional country tones and showcasing a remarkable range of
emotion in just four songs, “I Want You to Know” by Rhea Francani
is a country album fans of many genres will appreciate.
Rhea Francani has previously cited
Carrie Underwood, Miranda Lambert and Lady Antebellum as main
artistic influences for her “I Want You to Know” EP, a fact which
will strike her listeners as no surprise. Her signature sound places
her fittingly between tunes by these popular artists and marks her as
a clear standout among them, as well.
“Lady Antebellum is a really big
inspiration that got me into country pop,” Francani writes. “All
these artists reached me in different ways, and still motivate and
encourage me every day. I want my music to relate to people. If one
person is moved, I’ll feel accomplished.”
The release of Francani's “Dizzy”
was accompanied by that of a corresponding official video, available
for viewing here.
This was received by fans new and old with universal acclaim, the
fanfare of which has been amplified by her ongoing Instagram
campaign, #DizzyNightOut, which continues to build interest in the
rising country star around the world.
Rhea Francani co-produced her four
original tracks on “I Want You to Know” at Omni Sound Studios in
Nashville, TN. She is an honors graduate from Wagner College, NYC in
Music Theatre Performance and a soon-to-be alumna of Teachers
College, Columbia University at NYC with a Master’s Degree in Music
and Music Education. She was in attendance at the Country Radio
Seminar of 2015 at Nashville in February, and is expected to relocate
to that locale in short order.
The “I Want You to Know” EP by Rhea
Francani is available online worldwide.
