Tanya Dartson releases new EDM single 'Run for Your Life'

The music composer and singer from New York City known as Tanya Dartson has released her latest EDM single, “Run for Your Life.” The track has been proudly published independent of the corporate music industry at over 700 digital music stores online worldwide. Upbeat, vivacious and poised for play at nightclubs around the globe, “Run for Your Life” proves that Tanya Dartson can produce electrifying pop with the best of them.

2R3D releases new electronic dance single “Escape” feat. Collin Morgenstern

The composer and producer of digital dance music known as 2R3D has released his new single, “Escape.” The track has been published as an independent release without the support or direction of the corporate music industry. In addition to the already considerable skills of 2R3D himself, “Escape” features the talents of Collin Morgenstern. Part ambient, part trance, part dance pop and with still more elements of electronica and EDM sewn into it, “Escape” is easily one of the most creative and unique singles to arrive for the winter 2015 season.

Composer David Smith releases dance single 'Sensation'

The composer and producer of digital dance music known as David Smith has released his debut single, “Sensation.” The track represents Smith's electronica masterpiece for the start of the 2015 year and showcases him as one of Europe's most promising up-and-coming digital musicians by a long stretch. Pierre, Kika and Tons release new single 'Cirkus'

The trio of DJs from Venezuela known as Pierre, Kika and Tons have released their capital new single, “Cirkus.” The track has been proudly released on the Estereo Records independent music label. Vivacious, spirited, and exploding with life, “Cirkus” is one of the most striking digital dance singles to arrive from South America in years.

Pierre, Kika and Tons are based in the Caribbean city of Caracas, each having his and her own solo career as a DJ and composer of digital music, respectively, though Pierre and Tons have a two-year history as collaborators. David Crown releases single 'Rehab'

Electronica band Factions releases new self-titled LP

The eclectic digital music group known as Factions has released their long-awaited, self-titled LP record, “Factions.” The record has been proudly published on the Genre Electronica Records independent music label without financial support from the corporate music industry. “We created an idea about a futuristic society that has reached it's apex and is on the verge of collapse,” writes Factions. “This overall feel of the record carries through the rise and falls of the energy in the album. The title 'Factions' actually relates to the process in which it was created, as well, because of the different people that came together, put in efforts as a group, and made one solid project as a whole.”

This amalgam is at the heart of the overall Factions tone, and is part of what makes listening to the LP so satisfying.

Bemet release new self-titled EP

The composers of electronic music known around the world as Bemet have released their self-titled EP, “Bemet.” The extended-play record contains five original tracks for an approximate total listening time of 15 minutes. It has been proudly published on the InchPerSecond Records independent music label, entirely without financial support from the corporate music industry. Innovative, colorful, infinitely danceable and alive with sonic textures, “Bemet” by Bemet is the latest EDM record to prove that Israel's electronic music culture produces some of the best in the world.

Rather than naming names, Bemet cite as main artistic influences whole categories of music, including rock, jazz, psychedelia and experimental music, but their actual style belongs to more specific modern categories such as bass music, drum-&-bass, and breaks. The five tracks offered on “Bemet” showcase them as an act which utilizes elements of each to elicit various effects. Their aggressive overtones and tribal, yet sophisticated drums are akin to those found in rock and jazz, respectively. Their opening intro track, “Saboye,” is both psychedelic and experimental in nature, a fitting primer for the rest of the record. They are known in Israel and abroad as a vivifying live performance group.

Bemet are Hod Moshonov and Amir Bresler, composers who blend acoustic and electronic instrumentation for a top-shelf sound that has been turning heads internationally. Prior to Bemet's official formation in 2013, both Moshonov and Bresler enjoyed years of success as solo artists respectively. Amir Bresler toured the world with famous bassist, singer and composer Avishai Cohen, and has shared the stage with such talents as Daniel Zamir, Alon Olearchick and Shlomo Gronich. Hod Mosohonov, a widely respected composer in the Israeli electronica underground, himself, has collaborated with artists including Yossi Fine, Terri Lyne Carrington, Matti Caspi, and others.

Bemet's official bio describes them as having together “developed a language based primarily on rhythms, melodies and harmonies,” and an “open sense of humor.” “They combine their personal interpretations and thus form an honest and touching statement out of true, modern music,” it states. Bemet have already collaborated with such names as Laroz, MC Rebel Sun and Ruslan Sirota.

DJ Pad releases new LP 'A Trip in My House Part 2'

The French composer and producer of digital music called DJ Pad has released his latest LP record album, “A Trip in My House Part 2.” Like his previous material, it has been published on the 4000 Records music label. The LP is the third full-length record to be officially released from Pad in less than a single season. It is the latest in a series with which Pad has been cataloging his sonic personality with precision, efficiency, ingenuity and imagination the EDM world has perhaps never seen before.

DJ Pad's “Dubstep: First Strike” album appeared in May, boasting a whopping two-and-a-half hours of EDM, to be closely followed by “A Trip in My House Part 1” in the latter part of the same month. As the first installment of DJ Pad's new series, “A Trip in My House Part 1” also came out of the box with over 150 minutes of music, meaning that the unbelievably prolific DJ Pad released approximately 60 original songs in the month of May alone. Andy Sikorski and Ed Unger release new single 'Shine (Just Because)'

The veteran songwriting and music production team known as Andy Sikorski and Ed Unger have released their latest official single, titled, “Shine (Just Because).” The single is an electronic dance music anthem with elements of pop and traditional house which combine to form a full, highly textured and colorful listening experience. Their new single has been released on the Gratitude Productions music label.

Sikorski and Unger cite as main artistic influences such artists as Above and Beyond, Morgan Page, Andy Moore, Sick Individuals, Calvin Harris, Showtek, Ummet Ozcan, and Skrillex. While each of these inspirations have found their way into the undertone and character of “Shine,” and into music by Sikorski and Unger in general, the feel and groove of their material is warm and optimistic in a familiar way that longtime fans of the duo will instantly recognize.

Andy Sikorski first hit music charts in his home nation of Poland, composing digital music for the underground demo music scene there. Fueled by an appreciation for early digital musicians such as Jean Michelle Jarre, Vangelis, and the KLF (“3 A.M. Eternal”), Sikorski wrote music for computer video animations as “dSx! Design.” He is credited for his popular work with digital underground groups such as TRSI and Freezers.

Ed Unger, having started his musical journey somewhat more traditionally, began by playing saxophone and guitar. He joined bands in high school, learned bass guitar, and lent his vocals to a variety of performing groups. He practiced early forms of solo music production, programming drum machines and bass lines to facilitate his performing solo live. He ran a recording studio in Atlanta, GA, lived in Miami, FL, and visited London, Amsterdam and Paris before dedicating his attention to the production of EDM music and singing.
