Europe's most prolific EDM artist DJ Pad releases new album 'Dubstep: Second Strike'

The French composer of electronic dance music known as DJ Pad has released his latest official LP album, “Dubstep: Second Strike.” The album contains 15 original tracks for an approximate total listening time of one hour. Like Pad's other records, it has been proudly published as an independent release by the 4000 Records underground label. Kaleidoscopic, pounding with bass, and full of tricks and surprises, “Dubstep: Second Strike” is perhaps the most innovative material to come from DJ Pad yet.

DJ Pad is perhaps best known around the world for arguably being Europe's most prolific EDM artist, if not her most prolific musician altogether. Having been composing electronic music since 2008, Pad has amassed a titanic repertoire of more than 700 original tracks in over 30 music genres, mostly electro- house, trance and dubstep. He averages about 100 songs each year, most of them over four minutes long.

If a DJ Pad fan were to listen to all of Pad's music end-to-end without taking any breaks, DJ Pad songs would still be pouring from the speakers on the dawn of the third day. Amazon Digital Music alone hosts more than 200 of these original songs available for sample, sale and download.

Yet Pad somehow still finds new ways to branch out and discover melodies. “Dubstep: Second Strike” is a highly polished sequel to his 2014 record, “Dubstep: First Strike,” and an avid music listener can hear the subtle complexities which have arisen in Pad's style over the last two years. Another change is that “Second Strike” is only an hour long. Some Pad albums are as long as three.

Speaking of his new LP, Pad writes, “In this quite 'short' album, I've wanted to give to all my fans my vision of dubstep with generally complex drops and intro/breaks coming from other genres.”

Tracks which are sure to stand out include the opening song, “Arpy,” the eclectic “Spacy and Curvy,” and the mellow “Beach Basket.” A reggae-flavored track, “Not so Long Title” is also prominent. Pad's closer, “Glossy Elephant,” is a welcome throwback to the golden age of electronica with a heavy coat of dubstep on it.

As DJ Pad fans have come to expect, this is yet another remarkable success from the artist, one which no Pad collection is complete without. This is likely to be perceived as the best from DJ Pad so far.

Singer Nasomi featured on 'The Essentials' from EA Music

The Cameroonian-born singer known as Nasomi is a prominently featured artist on the new LP record from EA Music Group and mastermind musician Eliel Arrey. EA Music Group is the music branch of blockbuster video-game giant EA Games. The new long-playing album featuring Nasomi, “The Essentials,” is already available for pre-order online [link provided below].

While Eliel Arrey's “The Essentials” has been garnering no end of attention from music lovers and game aficionados alike, Arrey himself stresses that Nasomi's performances are among the album's best qualities.

“Nasomi is definitely an artist I'd like to emphasize on my album,” writes Arrey, who is renowned for writing evocative, highly narrative compositions. “She is the lead singer on 'Rise,' 'Brand New Day/Dance with Me,' and 'Sunset Love 2.0.' The Holland-based Nasomi cites as main artistic influences Toni Braxton and Aaliyah, two singers well loved for strong natural tones and a surgically precise pitch, both of which are marks of Nasomi's own style.

“Nasomi is an artist who takes her music very seriously and is one of the most hardworking people I know,” says Eliel Arrey. “She sets goals and executes on them. She puts a lot of effort and dedication in all her work. She has never been it for money or fame, she just loves to sing and loves music!”

Nasomi's first taste of fame came in 2012 when one of her underground singles, an original called “Whatever It Takes,” went viral on SoundCloud. Arrey heard the track and got in touch to suggest a collaboration. Today, he is proud to announce the three songs included on “The Essentials,” as well as several other tracks the duo will release later this year.

Since 2011 The “Whatever It Takes” singer-songwriter has performed at various events in the Netherlands and Germany, as well as at the 2012 Esamba Esamba festival in Belgium.

Rapper Shiest City releases debut single 'So Loud'

The Brooklyn rapper known as Shiest City has released his official debut single, “So Loud.” The track has been proudly published on the Boyzrecord independent music label without the direction of the corporate music industry. Stylish, thumping and full of rhythm and groove, “So Loud” is a track which is already winning Shiest City fans from coast to coast.

Shiest City cites as main artistic influences Jay Z, Jadakiss, Fabolous, Vybz Kartel, Tupac Shakur and the Notorious B.I.G. While he shares many qualities of these, his own sound is definitely unique, blending the island undertones of dancehall music with the old-school East Coast sound from which both hip hop and Shiest himself originally sprouted.

Gino White releases new single 'Let Me In'

The rapper and producer of hip-hop music known as Gino White has released his latest official single, “Let Me In.” The track has been proudly published on the Street Mobb South Ent. independent record label without the support or direction of the corporate music industry. Fast-paced, exceptionally well performed and featuring one of the most talented and accomplished underground rappers anywhere in the United States, “Let Me In” is the latest slice of excellence from this hip-hop star from Tennessee.

LaMarcus Q. “Gino” White cites as main artistic influences a bevy of hip-hop's best. These include Master P, Tupac Shakur, the Notorious B.I.G., Bone Thugs N Harmony, Geto Boys, Outkast, Goodie Mob, Cash Money, Lil Boosie, Zilla, Big Pope, Young Buck, Quanie Cash, Three 6 Mafia, and TI. Desifx releases new single 'Heer'

The producer, singer and songwriter known as Desifx has released his new single, “Heer.” The single track has been proudly published on the Jatt Records independent music label entirely without the direction or support of the corporate music industry. Desifx, whose official Facebook page currently places him in London, UK, cites as main artistic influences several timeless favorites of the scene. These include grandfather of modern Punjabi music Surinder Shinda, the controversial and ill-fated Amar Singh Chamkila, and contemporary English star Panjabi MC. All of these have elements which have found their way into Desifx's own sound, yet his “Heer” remains a unique work all the same.

Asked to describe his new song, Desifx writes that “Heer” uses “Punjabi bhangra urban sounds based on 'Heer,' a Punjabi folk story with a kick of western influence.”

This is to be expected of him, as he has been involved in London's own urban desi music scene since the age of 16. Not only that, but he is also the same Desifx who owned and operated London's No. One FM desi radio station of its time, DESI fm. He has described his childhood by saying he was “born and raised in west London in the heart of the UK urban desi music vibe, London's hub of bhangra.”

Country duo Tim and Jake release 'The Law' single

The country musicians known as Tim and Jake have released their new official single, “The Law.” The track is the first glimpse of their forthcoming EP. The Infinite MC releases album 'The Infinite Music Creator'

The Egyptian-born rap star known as the Infinite MC has released his most prominent album to date, “The Infinite Music Creator.” It has been proudly published on the Infinite Records independent music label without the financial support of the corporate music industry. “The Infinite Music Creator” contains eight original tracks for an approximate total listening time of 26 minutes. Varied, complex, and powerfully imagined, “The Infinite Music Creator” stands as proof that provocative hip hop has roots in every nation of the world.

Asked to cite some main artistic influences, the Infinite MC writes only, “Koron Al Karim.”

The sound of his album changes from song to song, with some being upbeat and others more pensive. All of them reflect the artist's kaleidoscopic creativity. The consistent thread which runs boldly through each is one of thematic meaning. Every track on “The Infinite Music Creator” has a clear message, one the songwriter has crafted with a specific aim in his mind's eye.

Interviewing the Infinite MC about his songs reveals much. Track 1 is called, “Never Hurt Me Soul.”

Revolution makes up a large part of the record. The Women's March on Versailles. Declaration of the Rights of Woman and the Female Citizen.”

Love and romance are also central themes of “The Infinite Music Creator.”

The Infinite MC was born in Smoha, in Alexandria, Egypt.

“I was named Karim after the word of God Koron Al Karim Chapter 50 Karim,” he writes.

His upbringing and connection to the ancient world at the shore of the Mediterranean Sea remain integral to the rapper's music and values.

“My life is dedicated to the study of the word of God and spreading it to the world,” he writes. “I study all the Holy Books and accept all religions. My belief is that each one stems from a specific Holy Book. I am currently on my way to Makkah to receive the word of God.”

The Infinite MC's previous music releases include: MC Rap the One Flow Army, 22 January 2011 (recorded and released right before the Egyptian Revolution began), and his eight-video freestyle album on his personal Facebook page.
