FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE –
The hardcore band from Sweden known as
Grace.Will.Fall have released their latest LP record, “No Rush.”
The record is comprised of 11 original tracks for an approximate
total listening time of 35 minutes. It has been proudly published
independent of support from major record companies on the HoboRec
music label. A triumphant return to the post-hardcore sound of the
new millennium, “No Rush” stands as proof that the hardcore
spirit hasn't merely survived the most recent onslaught of big-money
marketing and pop-music agendas, it still blasts strong enough to
strip the paint right off your car.
Fans of the hardcore scene will be
enthused to know they finally have some fresh meat to sink their
teeth into with “No Rush.” Grace.Will.Fall cite as main artistic
influences such hardcore heroes as Converge, the Bronx, the Dillinger
Escape Plan, and Every Time I Die. Maintaining the high-octane
aggression of these, while also recalling the chunkier, harsher sound
of the hardcore sounds that came before them, Grace.Will.Fall will
appeal also to listeners of bands such as Madball, Born Against, and
Youth of Today.
At least as important as the titanic,
raging overtones of Grace.Will.Fall's “No Rush” are the themes
underlying its gargantuan sound.
“The basic message of
Grace.Will.Fall,” the band writes candidly, “is about the great
DIY music movement. All is about the passion for music. Producing and
releasing is something that we do on our own together with friends.
No big sponsors or commercial interests.”
This core principle of making music
from the ground up and releasing it personally is one many modern
bands have engendered, but one which no band has espoused as heartily
and vocally as Grace.Will.Fall. GWF have gone so far as to have a
track dedicated to the idea located right at the heart of the album,
track 5, “DIY.”
“No Rush” by Grace.Will.Fall is
available online worldwide.
