Le Deja Vu releases new LP 'Game of Money'

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE –

The French pop, jazz and funk band known around the world as Le Deja Vu have released their latest LP record, titled, “Game of Money.” The record is comprised of 10 original tracks for an approximate total listening time of 40 minutes. It is the most significant Le Deja Vu release to date, and represents a milestone in an already titanic and stellar career.

Le Deja Vu play a remarkably broad and vast variety of music, drawing from jazz, funk, electronic, Latin and classical music. Their repertoire is populated with both originals and covers, their cover tunes taking on an entirely fresh aspect after a thorough rearrangement by the band has been polished. Throughout any Le Deja Vu set runs a consistent thread of their own, signature sound that is hot, vibrant, and inimitable. Their name has been boasted on marquees all over the world, though most prominently in Shanghai, Hong Kong, Thailand, Macao, England, Paris, and Germany.

The themes of Le Deja Vu's new record, “Game of Money” are as varied as their music. As is their usual modus operandi, fun is the primary target.

They write of the messages their songs on “Game of Money” may have in store for listeners:

“Live your life to the full. Get a financial IQ. Think different.”

Le Deja Vu is composed of a longtime core duo who mostly go by their first names, Anne and Jimmy. They have been playing music together for 13 years, and with the publication of this new collection of songs, they show no sign of slowing down. Their band performs both publicly and privately with their eclectic, jazz-based sound. When needed, they expand their crew to include a live drummer, electric guitarist, and even dancers. Videos of the band performing live abound on the World Wide Web.

“Game of Money” by Le Deja Vu is available online worldwide.
