Pop chanteuse Whisper releases new LP 'I Am…Whisper'

The elegant and sultry singer of R&B/POP music known only as Whisper is releasing her new LP record album, “I Am… Whisper,” to the delight of anxious fans everywhere. The LP is being released on the WD Productions / WhispersDream LLC music labels. The sound of Whisper’s debut LP is spacious, harmonious, and driven by Whisper’s delicate vocals, making for a softly romantic, enticing record that is certain to be the first in a long line of records from this exciting new musician from Decatur, GA. Whisper writes and produces her own material.

Whisper is aptly named. Her vocals are decorated with hushed murmurs and gentle phrases that float through her songs like wisps of smoke. Like a sensuous ghost, Whisper's singing glides over her mellow back beats, laid back bass lines and other accompaniment. Her precision recalls the work of Aaliyah, and her tones are reminiscent of Sade. She writes and produces her own material driven from poetry. Speaking candidly about the themes of her LP, Whisper writes, “This album is about love and romance, the ups and downs of a relationship, healing from relationships and being a survivor.”

The safe survival of others is something Whisper cares deeply about. She has initiated plans to begin a non-profit organization which she calls The Whisper Foundation.

“The Whisper Foundation is about empowering young women against domestic violence, being independent, positive thinking and encouraging self-love,” writes the artist.

As if this admirable goal were not lofty enough, Whisper's artistic principles stretch to all humankind. Her official bio declares her desire to touch the hearts of her audience worldwide with goodwill and compassion.

“She wants to touch many souls, heal broken hearts, and of course, spread love,” it reads. “She knows the positive impact she can make in this world through her music and also through being a great woman. She knows the importance of being a positive influence and making her mark count. She plans on making a lot of music and helping others along the way.”

With humanist aims and silky singing like this, Whisper's “I Am... Whisper” album is bound to be merely her introduction to the music listening public at large. Music fans can likely expect an official music video, full-length record, and much, much more from the Decatur damsel in the coming months.
