King Auda releases new single 'The Bozz'

The music artist from Kingston, Jamaica known as King Auda has released his latest pop single, “The Bozz.” The single is an homage to women around the world with a rhythmic, island tone and reggae roots sound. It has been officially released on the Methophysics Muzic record label. A fun, heartfelt and meaningful track written and performed from the heart, “The Bozz” is an excellent introduction to this unique and highly creative singer and songwriter.

King Auda is the professional name of Shawn Okello Scott. Auda cites as main artistic influences such music legends as Emperroar, King Manaz, PhillipT2k, Mary J Blige, Alicia Keys, Rhianna, Keyshia Cole, and Adele. His own music, however, is in a class of its own with vocal styles and tones that have never before been recorded or heard. Auda's remarkable voice and lyrical groove, combined with backup vocals and instrumentation that show a natural sense of melody, make for mellow, intriguing, and endlessly entertaining listening.

Speaking frankly of the themes he wrote into “The Bozz,” King Auda writes that the song examines and praises, “woman's roles as Leaders, Queens, and Goddesses in a democratic society;
and as mothers of the moral codes.”

King Auda began his music career as a DJ at the age of 18. He was awarded his first gold trophy for Best Original Song from Big Stone Music with his popular single track, “Love Your Mother.” He is an outspoken follower of Rastafari and believer in Haile Selassie I. His current works include three singles, “The Bozz,” “Hiipmotiize,” and “Goal Unfold,” all of which are currently being promoted throughout the online music industry, and a full-length album, titled, “The Gozzhh.”
